• Any item purchased from a third party (doctor to doctor sale) can not be returned for any reason. This is a final sale and no exceptions will be made. Buyer beware.
• All returns must be in their original packaging. Returned items that have suffered physical damage by the customer will not be accepted for any reason.
• All products purchased that have been bio-medically inspected from OverStockME.com may be returned within a period of 7 days from the date of purchase if:
• The item you received was not what we represented it as. Example: Item was sold as new but you received a used item, item did not have the specifications agreed upon, item received was defective.
• All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Shipping is non-refundable.  All international returns must also be prepaid by the customer.
• Credit for purchases will only be issued once the returned item has been received, inspected and processed by the shipping/ receiving department. Customers whose returned merchandise arrives with missing parts or components will be charged for the missing parts in addition to the restocking fee. Prior to issuing credit a customer service representative will contact the client via phone, email or fax and inform them of the total credit to be issued to the customer's credit card.
• Shipping dates will vary depending on the type of purchase, whether biomed inspection is required and seller’s timeliness of delivery. No equipment will be shipped before payment has been received. Typically items will be shipped within 3 days of payment. An order cancellation fee of 15% will be charged on all orders that have already been processed, but not shipped. Purchaser assumes cost of shipping.
• All used medical equipment sales are final and are not refundable or exchangeable without a prior written permission from OverStockME.com the.
• Defective medical products under warranty will be exchanged with the same products.
• Any product that has been worn or came into contact with the human body is not returnable or refundable. Items such as pillows, mattresses, cushions, hand splints and other medical supplies and products are single-use patient items and cannot be returned due to state and federal regulations.
• OverStockME.comis not liable for shipments made to us. We recommend that our customers use shipping companies as UPS, FedEx, DHL/ Airborne Express or the U.S. Postal Service with good packaging (original packing preferred) and full insurance paid. Please contact us for proper shipping instructions.

You must contact OverStockME.com for your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. The following three items must be included along with the undamaged equipment:

• Reason for return
• Product model number, serial number and quantity
• Copy of sales order and shipping information.

Eligibility

• Return requests must be received no later then 7 days from receipt of shipment
• OverStockME.com . will inspect each container and product and will have final decision on a products condition.
• RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping container.
• All returns must be in their original packaging. Returned items that have suffered physical damage by the customer will not be accepted for any reason.

Charges and handling of credits

• Any item received that was not what it was represented to be is not subject to a restocking fee. All other items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Freight/shipping charges associated with the returned merchandise from the original order will not be refunded. Freight for returned merchandise must be shipped pre-paid freight (collect shipments will be refused).
• All products returned are subject to a thorough by OverStockME.com before any credit will be issued.
